CVS has a wide assortment of products to meet all your needs, from magazines to cacti. This CVS is one of the busiest pharmacies in town because it is directly across from East Alabama Medical Center but they always have what I need. I may have to wait in line but the pharmacist and the technicians are very friendly and helpful. If you like this review, please like and share it. Have a great day!

Went in to print out pictures and the machine was not responsive and then the customer service was terrible when needing help to get colored pictures printed. Would not rely on the staff for any amount of help.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve been trying to get my 3 year olds asthma inhaler for 2 weeks they have been absolutely horrible towards me and my husband. CVS should recognize all the bad reviews and get a more professional Pharmacist that knows how to run a team.

The employee Haley had a terrible attitude on 8/16/25 simply because I asked if a supervisor could weigh in on the price of my items. She stormed off to the supervisor like a child which is inappropriate and very unprofessional. I would suggest that Haley has proper customer service training or retraining. The manager should address her delivery and demeanor because it's unprofessional. Additionally, if Haley doesn't want to perform her job, she should simply stay at home. Customers do not deserve unprofessional, aggressive treatment for asking a simple question. I shop at this location often and have never been treated as such until she did. Do better! Thanks to the supervisor on the shift who was very professional and ended up checking me out because Haley refused to.

I was so impressed yesterday with the kindness and helpfulness I not only witnessed in staff member Destiny patiently helping another customer but how cheerful, friendly, and helpful she was to me. CVS Pepperell is very fortunate to have Destiny on their staff. I can't wait to go in again and, hopefully, she will be working when I do. Thanks for making my day yesterday, Destiny, and reaffirming my faith in great people doing great things.
