I've been getting the same medication from this pharmacy for the past 4 years. Every single time it's out of stock and needs to be ordered. As a type 1 diabetic, I need my medication. Since you know that I have been getting this medication from the same place why is it kept in stock? I have to wait 10 days for this medication to be ordered when it's a life-saving medication.

The lady with the short hair working today at the cash register on 1/2/26 around 1:15ish needs to find a new job that isn’t customer service. “I don’t know why you’re standing all the way over there, I’m standing right here waiting for you” it is YOUR job to tell me that you’re ready for me. If you’re silent how am I supposed to know I can go up and check out? You also threw my stuff in the bag and did not hand it to me but had it all the way towards you when I was done paying. No eye contact, just plain rudeness.

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever had to deal with. I went to pickup a prescription the other day and when I went to get it, I asked "Is it 'Prescription A'?" which they assured me it was. I paid and went home only to find out that the pharmacy tech lied to me and instead gave me a different prescription (still my prescription), one that I still have almost a month of pills available still. Now I not only don't have a medicine that I need, but CVS charged me for and gave me a medication I don't even currently need.

it doesn't matter what you say to their worthless robot you will never get a human or the status of your prescriptions. they dont start filling prescriptions til you call to ask where the hell they are either so good luck getting meds. The one stat is a generous bonus they deserve negative 58494949

I did a on line order and it was so easy. I even had a coupon and only paid 5.00 .I was just thrilled. Customer service was not very friendly that was my only issue .
