Went to get a flu vaccine for work. They said my member id from the card was incorrect. I called the insurance provider and they stated they must have been entering in something wrong. I tried to call the store to verify again, but you cannot get a live person. I wasn't going to drive 25 minutes one way again to ultimately fail. The phone AI Agent needs dropped... that was a horrible experience.

Pharmacy now has great Pharmacy self assistance order entry panel. It's great!!

This is the fifth time in a row have come to this location and they have not been open when it says they are open on either Google or now even on their own hours log. This is ridiculous You're a business either update your hours or find people who can actually work the required hours for your business to be open. I understand unforeseen circumstances happen but as consistently as it has been the past few months I doubt it.

This is an update(May 24, 2023) from my prior review: My wife said they are getting better so I checked it out myself. I was greeted with a friendly “Good morning!” at the drive through by Kelsey. Got my prescription within 5 minutes. Kelsey was friendly and knowledgeable and proactive with my prescription. Super! Then I went inside to pick up an over the counter medicine. I was greeted with a friendly greeting as I entered the store. As I was reading the label on a medicine box, an associate asked if she would help me in anyway.
