This location has a prerequisite when hiring people, which is to have a rude personality. For lthe 3rd time, the drive-thru was not open at 9:30,am, Dunno. Once I was told I didn't have a credit card on file for easy pay, he insisted I pay, oops he found my accounts card! Oh, I could go on, I won't.

The difference between this CVS and the privately owned Majoria’s is like night and day. The staff at Majoria’s were always happy and friendly while CVS employees seem stressed. Their “system” is always down, and this pharmacy now has a chaotic feel to it. And there is nothing interesting to shop for if you have to wait. Just another sad change of the American Healthcare System.

If you could buy a pharmacy off of Temu, this location is what you'd get. Went to get a flu shot that was scheduled for 11:30. Waited 20 minutes after that for them to take 4 walk-ins before me. Ended up leaving since no one could be bothered to explain to me why I was being skipped over.

Every time I go in there. The Staff is rude. I went in there shopping on Saturday. I was excited that I was the only in line. Yet, no one acknowledged me. Not the pharmacist, nor the gentleman that came out the office. Then a head popped up at the cash register. She was on her phone. She said “Do u have any prescriptions “. I said no. She said you could have checked out up front. I said there is no one up front. I really should have left then. I paid for my stuff. She didn’t thank you or have a nice day. She went back to her phone. I canceled my membership with CVS. As soon as I got home.I will never step foot back in CVS on Barataria again.

They need a register at the door. Regular customers should not have to wait in the pharmacy line to check out with a bottle of water. And the employees in the back need to come out and start helping customers on the register a lot sooner than they do. They wait until the line is 15 deep and try to play catch up.
