CVS

This is NOT the 1st time this store did not care about me, as their customer. Last Wednesday I contacted them at 3:45pm to move or transfer my prescription to a Walgreens closet to me. I called again at 5:30 to ask why it still hadn’t moved over. I contacted Walgreens at 8pm, to learn that CvS still hadn’t moved my order and now cvs pharmacy was closed! I was uncomfortable then and now even more uncomfortable and needed my medication to feel better! 2.5 hours was plenty time to transfer a prescription! Walgreens had reached out to them also, twice. Crappy store. The next day excuse was they had 1 “floater” to handle all. It is Not your customer’s fault your store wasn’t staffed. Either do your job or allow another store to do so. Came at 2pm on a Saturday to pick up a prescription. Counter inside is closed for no obvious reason. Drive through is backed up 5 cars deep. There are 2 drive through lanes but one is closed (paper sign). CVS just recently closed a store on Main Street so now many of us have to use this location further away and it seems like it’s barely operational. What’s going on?

Today I was helped by a woman named Monica at CVS, and it was truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever had someone as kind and helpful as she was. Her positive attitude and warm smile made a big difference. I hope this review reaches her—she absolutely deserves to be recognized! I couldn’t find where to leave feedback on my receipt, but I didn’t want to miss the chance to share how amazing she is. She helped me with the coupon machine when it wouldn’t work for me. This CVS store has the worst parking lot lighting. It is quite scary to go to this CVS location at night. I've left bad reviews on my surveys but to no avail. Don't go there after 7pm. It too much of a security risk. I can't comment on the staff because no one acknowledged me as I came in the store or offered any assistance while I was there. It almost seemed like it could be run by robots. That's the level of warmth from the staff..lol

I’ve had mostly positive and friendly interactions especially with the pharmacist with red hair. Not sure her name. These people work very hard and it’s a stressful job. One thing I’d like to see fixed is the issue with the CC and Signature on their end. I’ve re-added my CC and Signature a number of times and it’s not working anymore. I’ve called the store and sent an email. Still waiting for somebody to fix it.
