I was told that I would be contacted within 48 hours. I was not! When calling to confirm that it’s been past the 48 hours. I was told someone would be calling me before the end of the business day. I was not! When calling to tell them I was not called I was hung up on by the rep. I am extremely disappointed in cvs customer service. Not only has my ups package stolen by a store worker I have been lied to by multiple CS reps. Tomorrow is a holiday so I know I won’t be getting a call then. All I want is my package in a new condition not the condition I received it in from the store manager. I have been very patient with this company and the process to investigate my problem but now that has run out. The contents of my package that was stolen was needed for the weekend. I recently placed an order with Ashimary Hair and chose to have the package delivered to the UPS Access Point at CVS (820 W. Esplanade, Kenner, LA) due to my work schedule. I received an email confirming delivery at 1:30 PM, and then another email at 3:17 PM stating the package had been picked up but I was at work and hadn’t picked it up. Immediately alarmed, I called the CVS store and spoke to a woman named Rosie or Rosa (with a Latin accent), and a man named Devonte. They advised me to call back later to speak to the manager, Mr. Richard. While waiting, I received two phone calls from an unknown number I didn’t recognize (and didn’t answer). Pretty good CVS... Miss the one I went to in Airline, but we moved and they were too far away. Drive thru closed sometimes, but I don't mind going inside when I have to. Pharmacy staff is extremely caring and professional. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but that's because they serve so many people every day! They were pharmacists, not miracle workers, and no one is perfect. I have to go in at least once a week because I'm chronically ill and take many medications, as does my husband and son. They know us and always have a smile on their face. I feel like they really care. If you expect perfection, you're crazy. People have trouble sometimes, like everyone, but this pharmacy does everything they can to give you a good experience. They only thing I don't like is that recently they changed
