Despite what some haters might say, Caleb is an exemplary example of what customer service should look like everywhere. Upon entering this place of business, I was greeted with a determined and confident smile. I had inquired about the availability of extra small condoms, which he most graciously pointed out in a very professional manner. He then bagged my goods in a discreet way which I highly appreciate. The pharmacy manager is HORRIBLE and has no customer service skills. I went through the drive thru to pick up three prescriptions. He told me it was over $60.00. I asked him to please rerun it again twice thru my insurance because that price wasn’t right. He refused both times. Even though I knew it wasn’t right, I told him I would pay it. I needed my medications. I know how my insurance works. He refused to give me my medications and stopped communicating with me. My husband went into the pharmacy and he overheard them talking about me and laughing. When he gave them my information, their smirks and laughs quickly disappeared. At my husband’s request, the employee (not the manager) reran it through insurance and it came back as $30.00. BEWARE, make sure you know what your insurance says i

This particular CVS would not be one that I return to. I had a female emergency and the cashier was so rude. Thankfully the manager saved the day. There was no soap in the ladies restroom either. Thank god I had hand sanitizer in the car. Just a tip for males because the cashier was a male. It’s already hard enough being a woman, when a woman comes in and asks to use the bathroom and you see she just bought pads, let her use the freaking bathroom!! Unbelievable!!! I felt so embarrassed.

I’ve been coming to this location for just over 2 years now, and let me just tell you it’s always a great experience! Vickie, Michelle, Lori, and Corrine are awesome.If I ever have a problem with extra bucks not attaching and have the valid coupon, they honor that.There was an issue the other day with the printer as I ordered a magnet and Corrine and Lori fixed the issue right away for me. Keep up the great work!!

Something definitely wrong with the electronic service never get a text message no more about prescription being ready go online sign in number birth date doesn't exist but I've been going to the same CVS for over 20 years horrible electronic service. Call up same thing put the number in birth date no such number it's getting aggravating. Time to find somewhere new
