Cross Pharmacy

Not sure if i caught him on a bad day he was having but the “lead pharmacist” that had to take over for another employee, was terrible & rude. I really am disappointed as I had a good first experience but i certainly will never do business here again. As summarized as I could put this, there were multiple conversations over the phone (begun by me to ensure effective communication) so it was beyond my surprise that i arrived to the store to be lied to that there was an attempted call made to me and that the excuse they provided was very vague and inaccurate. Actually the part that left me most upset was I was given facial expressions by this said pharmacist rolling his eyes and huffing as if a customer walking into his establishment was so bothersome that he actually had to do his job and

I love this pharmacy, the staff is very nice, the pharmacist is so competent and professional, and they are taking such great care of their patients. You can feel the difference between this family owned pharmacy and a chain one. Definitely recommend this place!

I absolutely love this pharmacy! I have not had a bad encounter the 2 plus years I have been going here and I also drive 30 min out of the way just to come here. If I could rate over 5 stars I definitely would!

Through the years, I have witnessed this pharmacy and the staff go above and beyond several times, always professional , informative and genuinely kind. The best! 🙂
