I am sitting in the pharmacy right now waiting for my prescription and I needed to write this review. I have been going back and forth for days with my insurance and CVS to try and get my medication. The pharmacist Florina not only was incredibly attentive but she stood by her word and called me back to provide me an update. I know that pharmacies are really busy and the team can be overwhelmed. Her taking the time to help me and talk with the Aetna representative meant a lot to me. She was patient, thorough, and professional, even when the system was having issues. Thank you pharmacist Florina for your support so that I could have my medication today. Your work is seen and appreciated!

When you call the pharmacy you can't get a live person...you have to leave a message for them to call you back. They are the only pharmacy I've ever called that does that. Everyone else gives you a live person.. They rarely call back.... I've left 4 or 5 messages over past few days...they called back 1 time. Plus they kinda have an attitude. Going back to Mariano's pharmacy.

Last weekend, I was in line at the Clavey Road pharmacy to pay for 3 items. I went to the back as there was a line at the front. When I got to the front of the pharmacy line & put my 3 items on the counter the associate told me she couldn’t ring them up if I wasn’t picking up a prescription. In the 20 years I’ve been a customer at this store, that has never happened. That’s the only reason I gave the previous review 2 Stars. Update: I received an e-mail from the store manager informing me that is not their policy & that I should have been able to pay for my items at the pharmacy register. He directed my complaint to the pharmacy Manager & I also spoke to him. I feel Comfortable this will not happen again & I restored my review to the 5 Stars I normally give this location.

I was told that the 2-day early pickup policy no longer applies to my medications. The pharmacist was unable to clearly tell me why, and just blamed the system. I'm not sure what's going on but it's an awful new system that changes the medication pick up date every month. Sometimes it's 28 days, other times it's 29 days, or 30 days. Guys, I've been on Class-2 meds for 15 years, I promise that other pharmacies like Walgreens or Hospital pharmacies do not have such a terrible shifty system. When they say pick up is every 28 days they mean it and stick to their word. They do not treat you like a person trying to con the system, you are treated respectfully and with integrity like everyone else with the same 2-day early window. CVS, do better.

The pharmacy is woefully understaffed. It's a regular to see the drive through line 4-5 cars deep and not moving fast. On my latest experience, there were 2 cars in front of me when I arrived and had to wait 20 minutes before being served. An additional 3-4 cars piled up behind me while I was waiting. There is a huge time gap between customers. It's clear they need more staff to service both the counter and drive through.
