CVS

Sorry for all the bad experiences at this CVS pharmacy, but my experience at this store has always been great. It is my favorite CVS around and has always provided excellent customer service. Employees are always kind and available as soon as they can be, which is completely absent at other CVS locations. The Glendora location on Grand is always my go-to.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to the pharmacy. I tried for two days to get through. Speaking to the virtual assistant is a big waste of time. It didn't recognize my request, and it goes silent. It doesn't allow you to enter the prescription number. This system is horrible. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I spoke to an associate at the front register. He stated that he could not connect me to anyone in the pharmacy. O stars for this service.

Pharmacist was an absolute pleasure. However cashier Tall Skinny Whyte guy was the worse. Very unfriendly.

This place will sell you damaged items at regular price. Horrible policy. They literally said I would have to buy it at full price because they can get return it themselves for full credit. ...? Garbage customer service. It was a Christmas item for a child. Thanks a lot.

Worst online service ever. Their app does not work--completely messes up rx orders, and every automated system they have fails. My advice is to use another pharmacy/drug store.
