I had a delightful visit to the CVS store on Main Street in Fairmont, WV. I highly recommend checking out their new and intriguing services and products. If you’re seeking good quality, reasonable prices, and healthy options, this is the ideal destination! You won’t find a better selection or prices anywhere else!

Disorganized store and rude staff. Traveling thru, needed meds and use bathroom. Found bathrooms and staff said they didnt have any (as im starting at the bathroom do), when questioned about that statement as I was in front of bathroom door, staff then said they were out of order and then said not for customers. Get your story straight and perhaps a "no public bathroom" sign would be helpful.

Do Not use this store for ups access point..these geniuses gave my phone to someone else this evening…obviously they don’t ask people for their I.d.’s!!!you want someone’s package,just walk in and tell them ur package is there.i don’t know if they just pick the heaviest one,or how their system works,but they hand out packages to whoever wants one.

We stopped in to buy drinks and use the restroom for my disabled wife. The only had a bathroom for employees and I asked the young lady who said she was the manager if they could let my wife use the restroom because she is disabled. She said no and didn't care that my wife was gonna have an accident on herself. So we left what rude service. Will never go to that CVS again.

I have been here twice and had issues either with getting a prescription filled that they were out of, and then today with an employee, Emily. The prescription that they were out of was a pain killers that was needed for surgery. They treated me then as a lowlife and then again today. So NOT acceptable. I dropped off a prescription for an antibiotic. I was told that it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. It was more than 15 minutes and no one called to say that it was ready. I talked with Miss Emily who is a younger condescending employee. Was rude and felt very empowered by being rude and treating me as if I was mentally incapable of understanding their job.
