I had an excellent experience at this CVS location. The team members were professional, patient, and genuinely caring. I needed important medication early in the morning, and due to circumstances beyond my control, my doctor’s office was temporarily unavailable. The staff took the time to understand the urgency of my situation and worked with care and compassion to ensure I was supported until I could obtain updated authorization from my doctor the following day. That level of service made a lasting impression on me. It’s reassuring to know that there are still places where people truly care about the well-being of their customers. I truly appreciate this store but I'd like to see it moved to the old Rite Aid space, off Fenkell -- better parking, more space. It's had different business competition up and down Grand River yet manages well enough to keep loyal customers and gain new ones. Come shop where care is regularly given.

Glad to have a CVS so close to my home. More times than not, I find what I need and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

The store was clean I was greeted soon as I walked in found everything I was looking for . Ken was so helpful and understanding I was extremely satisfied! He cared so much I love it !

I love Southfield/Grandriver CVS I always be greeted by staff. The manager always nice female and male. I feel like family. The pharmacy my favorite they take care me and my family every time they know me with the App big family. Keep up the good work Cvs crew
