CVS

This CVS has terrible customer service, not helpful at all. You ask them a question they don’t answer. They just auto fill only half of my prescription because insurance doesn’t pay for a 30 day supply, they said. They don’t even ask if I would like to pay the extra which I do. They didn’t tell me that so I get home and only have half of what I need and I have to leave the country regularly so can’t just stop by anytime. Next issue, They were out of stock of a medicine, I asked to fill it at target CVS because again I’m leaving for overseas work tomorrow, and they said call them maybe they can. I said I don’t know what the new prescription is. CS said they have the info. So of course I call the CVS and they ask what I need and I can’t tell them. This isn’t a one off issue, it is an ongoing

I’m fine CVS pharmacy and convenience store a fast and easy place to do business.and the sales associates are usually very friendly and helpful

We have been using this pharmacy for over three years now and not one time in three years have the managed to get a prescription ready in less than four hours. The pharmacy workers are typically rude and the pharmacist extremely nonchalant. I came in to get a prescription the dr called in 3 hours earlier only to be told it wasn’t ready and would be 30 more minutes before the pharmacist could count them and double check it. I explained I lived 45 min from this location and asked since no one else was in line behind me if she could go ahead and count them only to be told no she couldn’t. This will be the last month we use this pharmacy.

They have really gone down hill so much that we are taking our business away from them. If you drive up to the window be prepared to, NOT be greeted and to be treated like you are inconveniencing them by just being there. There is one guy who is pleasant most of the time. There rest are defensive and rude. Today was straw that broke the camel’s back and caused us to switch. I called and was a bit frustrated because I couldn’t figure out why my Dr needed me to get some information on needles I need for my Insulin. Now you can’t expect someone to answer the phone, now you have to leave a message and they’ll call you back within an hour. When she called me back, she kept assuming the wrong thing got Defensive put me on hold Me if I could hold, then the pharmacist showed up And was rude

I had the absolute best, peaceful experience today at CVS pharmacy. The staff was efficient, worked well together and had great attitude. Thank you so much for all your help and patience!! Blessings to you all.
