The CVS in Clawson ,Mi on Rochester Rd, is a great store to visit because it’s clean and stocked nicely with nice employees to help you out. Fay, a lady employee, always helps me with savings and offers so I get the most out of my shopping. She’s always cheerful too which says a lot about CVS because I’m sure they treat their employees well. I love that drugstore more than the rest. They have a good variety of cosmetics as well.

I went in to buy a thermometer. The $40 one I bought was broke, took it back not even a hour later and the cashier told me I couldn't return it. It turned into a huge incident. The lady was bad mouthing me the whole time. The manager doing the return allowed her to continue to bad mouth me throughout the whole return. Never once telling her to stop and when I did respond to her he told me mam please dont. My child had 101 temp once I got a working thermometer. Won't be back. Clawson 14 and Rochester store #8110

CVS always has GREAT sale prices. Often times they have vitamins buy one get one FREE. They also have a lot of other items on sale for buy one get one 50% off. You can join their rewards program for FREE too. They allow you to combine coupons, which results in great savings. I shop at CVS regularly.

I have been shopping at this CVS location,RR &14 mile for many years. Fay has been very helpful and knowledgeable about items as well as their location in the store. Fay always greets her customers with a smile and is always pleasant. I hope Fay is appreciated by the owners and paid accordingly.

one of the ladies that works in the pharmacy is the rudest person i’ve ever experienced in my entire life. i’ve had multiple experiences with this women. it’s at the point where i no longer want to go into this cvs bc i don’t want to see her. honestly the last time i came in and i saw her i wanted to walk right back out. my first bad experience w her i was asking about cvs brand asthma medication that is kept behind the counter, she was rude dismissed me and told me i don’t need it. just do your job and get my medication. the next bad experience i was trying to get my id out, there’s no line of people at the pharmacy and she starts putting her hand out impatiently. this women should not be a pharmacist bc asking her to do her simple job obviously is putting her out too much. i hope action
