I've been going to Sonny since he first opened. He has always had my meds, and has the refilled when I walk in. My insurance company want me to go to the mail service, but I refuse to. No one treats you as well as Sonny and his crew thanks, much love. COACH!

We are so pleased with Sam. We drive 45 minutes one way because of his excellent customer service. He goes above and beyond. Somehow we feel like his only customers. Thank you Sam!

Wonderful customer service provided at all times. Pharmacist is easy to talk to and remembers patients by their names which is personal and lovely. Facility is always clean and well presented in a comforting manner. Great customer communication and it’s never a hassle to reach someone on the phone. They also offer free delivery which is a perk for us all!

Liked going there until they started automatically refilling my preceiptions. They got to the point that they were calling me weeks before I needed a refill. I finally decided to go somewhere closer, and asked them to stop refilling my prescriptions. Three times I asked them to stop refilling, and to take my name out of their system. I got another call today, even though I have at least 30 days left. When I asked her why she was calling, after I have repeatedly asked them to remove me, she said don't get mad, then hung up. So filling my prescriptions without, no, actually against my permission, and I shouldn't get upset? The big problem is when I go to get it refilled, and insurance says no, you just had it filled. I booked a rapid Covid testing appt with this facility the other day, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. The day before my appointment, they alerted me via text that they had exhausted their supply of rapid tests, but said they were expecting more the next day. They then texted me the next day to verify my appointment time. When I arrived, there were no long lines, but only a few people, which was nice. They also did a good job of processing me and conducting the swabbing, etc. The woman who assisted me was very nice and seemed very competent. I wouldn't hesitate to use Clawson Care again, and I highly recommend them.
