They have continually messed up my migraine medications. Most recently it is one that I am supposed to have access to monthly. They are telling me it has been ordered to be filled every 3 months a 30 day 15 tablet supply. These 15 tablets are supposed to last me 90 days. I checked with the nurse for the doctor and was told it is 15 tablets for 30 days. I swear that place is so messed up. I am actually going to stop getting mail order and going with our local pharmacy.
If i could give less than 1 I would. I have called repeatedly about my b12 vials that are sent. I get 26 every 3 months and they pack them individually, in a bottle usually wrapped individually in bubble wrap and then individually wrapped in a plastic baggie. I literally just was called the other day for a survey and was asked about these things and mentioned that I had just put in an order and here we are its happening again...the box of the mysterious plethora of plastic bottles has arrived! The vials come.in a box which they could send in one bag or the box itself. They also do this with my naproxen. They break up the pills into 2 bottles instead of sending them in 1 full bottle. This is a huge waste if time and resources...they are paying someone to waste their time and sendin
They never care that they send the wrong amount of my prescription. I thought your pharmacist was supposed to check on prescription? I try emailing or getting in contact with them to explain the problem I never hear from anyone. I have been using them for a long time and not once to they get a renewal for prescription without me having to contact the doctor. My old mail service I never had any issues.☹️
If I could give a negative rating I would. I am a nurse and they are impeding my care by delaying my medications. I called their customer service multiple times to stay on top of my prescriptions and still many delays. They entered my prescription in their system incorrectly which caused a delay, saying it is too early but it is an increase. Then continued to incorrectly process it. I asked to initially speak with a pharmacist and the gentleman ignored my request, continuing to go on about prior auth, etc... I tried explaining and the gentleman said to me that he did not ask for further information from me. I advised him he needs the information to accurately assist me and he said he did not and requested that he put me on hold to obtain more information. He came back on the line and told
Unfortunately I have been using CVS Caremark mail away for over 2 years due to my employer's choice. Approximately every 6 weeks for the last 2 years I have had to call CVS Caremark, because they do not supply an email because they would never do anything else in their entire day except answer emails from irate customers, such as myself, to tell them once again that they have sent the wrong prescription. I have spent a minimum of 40 minutes on every phone call and one out of three times they'll finally get it right. This is literally the worst mail away pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of using! Sadly, most of us cannot change because that's what our employers' choice is.
