Worst pharmacy location ever. Both the nurse and provider are both extremely rude people. I watched the nurse tell a dad with his sick kid to reschedule as she hadn’t seen him when she called his name the first time. The provider would rather critize you than just see you and give you medication. Mam your opinions are not needed.just do your job and give our kids the ends they need and move onto that patient.

I needed to go to CVS to use my OTC insurance benefits as well as get a couple vaccines. The entire time I was there I heard the pharmacy staff complain about their jobs. The cashier kept telling me the barcode for my benefits wouldn't work and I understand she was the only one and there was a line, but she left the register a couple times to help someone with the self check out while I was trying to check out. You can tell this place isn't a great place for their employees by how the customer service is. The only staff I liked there was the one who administered my vaccines. She was super friendly. But I have never been to a pharmacy where they openly and loudly complained about their jobs. That's just really unprofessional.

Sent my Husband tonight to pick up prescriptions for me since I'm too sick to get out of bed. My Husband accidentally picked up one of the meds that I don't need, so he immediately went back in the return it and they made a comment to him that next time he should just bring his wife with him....I'M TOO SICK TO GET OUT OF BED. THANKS FOR BEING RUDE.

I overheard a pharmacist speaking up for a patient on the phone about prescription cost, not every pharmacist would care enough to do that, it’s not my situation but was super amazing to hear. I had to grab my medication last minute and the service was fast eventhough they were busy.

One of the most unprofessional pharmacy experiences my husband and I have ever had. While the older woman on staff has always been kind, the younger woman is consistently curt, and the male staff member was shockingly rude. When my husband tried to drop off my prescription, he was refused and asked personal insurance questions that should have been directed to me. When I came in myself, I was met with hostility. The male staff member questioned why my provider was in Virginia — something that has always been the case — and implied it was “sketchy.” He said he needed to “check there first” and made a point to say he was not denying my medication, while in practice doing exactly that. I was talked over, dismissed, and told to “listen” instead of being heard. Pharmacies are supposed to show
