Dr. Herberger is currently treating two of my grandchildren. He is knowledgeable on his profession and his bright and cheerful office demonstrates a very professional setting. While he is very efficient in completing each grandchild’s dental work, he is also very good at explaining proper oral practices; caring for retainers and brushing their new braces. My grandchildren feel comfortable and enjoy their visits with Dr. Herberger. I’m impressed with his use of current technology, like 3D Printing, which makes the orthodontic procedure much more comfortable for the children.

Years ago now, I was planning on getting my braces from somewhere else but that required me to do oral surgery before they could place the braces. I wasn’t too fond of this idea, so I did my due diligence and researched until I came across Dr. Herberger and Custom Orthodontics. To say I’m happy with the results would be a massive understatement. I can’t thank Dr. Herberger enough for the work and extra care he’s performed, he tells you what he’s doing and why he’s doing it so it makes sense to his patients and you feel comfortable with the process. I never experienced any discomfort throughout my time with braces (2.5 years). I still regularly get check ups with Dr. Herberger every 6 months and the staff are also very kind and understanding. Such a great experience from start to finish for our son and us as well. Dr. Herberger is extremely knowledgeable and professional and a top notch orthodontist in our 3 years with him. Very fairly priced as well. Our son received absolutely beautiful results correcting his extreme overbite. Not only did we have a great experience with Dr. Herberger, his staff was delightful as well. Veronica at the front desk was always timely with reminders and so pleasant at all times. We couldn’t have imagined a better experience for this process. Our son was speechless at the final results. Highly recommended!

I'm extremely disappointed in this company. The staff was rushing clientele, I overheard staff gossiping about others, and another lady was making it seem like asking dental questions were irrelevant. Dental is expensive enough as it is. The staff overall will destroy this establishment. I will say, Dr. Herberger was professional. Only giving the 1 star regarding the staffing.

Dr. Herberger is the ONLY Orthodontist that will touch my kids! He would not do anything to my kids that he would not do to his own. He is 100% motivated by what is best for his patience. I have trusted him with all three of my children and my wife and I are completely satisfied. His pricing was competitive, but honestly, that did not matter. Dr. Herberger IS the best Orthodontist in Lorain County, Period!
