I have always loved this company and my experience with them! Chaydon was very helpful the other day with getting new hearing aids and was patient with my options.

Chandon did a great job! He is knowledgeable, caring, and listens to the patients. As a retired nurse it’s very important to listen to your patients.

Brian went above and beyond to help my mother in her care home to get her hearing aids to work again. Brian is very personable and caring. Thank you! Correction! That was Chaydon who went out of his way to see my mother but I assumed it was Brian who met with her in Lincoln the week before. A very helpful young man too. Thanks to you both!

Not like it was! I am a Lincoln customer of Custom Hearing Solutions, and have been for the last 7 years. Their Lincoln office was open 5 days a week with a staff that cared about it's customers. Not any more. The office is open sometimes one or two days a week, with a one person staff. Normally I get a call each year for my Hearing check appointment. Not any more. When I finally called the Omaha office I found out about the new office hours and had to wait 5 weeks for an appointment. My Hearing aids are now malfunctioning and I had to schedule an appointment in a week so someone can send them to be repaired. I was told that 3 weeks will be the minimum for return, plus another appointment to recalibrate, who knows when? The only person who will return my calls is an overworked receptio

Chaydon did a great job today! Over the top! I didn't know the connection to so much with hearing! Brian also does a great job at our monthly checks!!!
