Terrible customer service and completely overpriced. I walked in and was ignored for two minutes while the staff stood around talking. When someone finally helped me, she didn't know the answers to my questions and had to find someone else. To top it off, I paid $40 for just six pills—and they weren't even chicken-flavored, which was the only reason I didn't buy them from my vet in the first place. I could have gotten them at my vet for under $10. Don't waste your time here.

I feel the same way they dont give you want you pay for we 50 bucks for some meds and the bottle was 1/4 full didnt last the days it was supposed to i wish I seen the reviews first I would would put pictures with this and show you and paper work...but check your level before leaving but the staff was fine not a problem there just the amount you pay for and what you get is different and thats not a lie...

The pharmacist met with me, went over treat results my doc ordered, went over symptoms, then consulted with my doc and created medication specifically for my needs. She also explained all my test results, the purpose of the meds she would create and how all my "systems" work together and how we would work to regulate it all. Best experience... something I've searched for for many years. Travel from WS to go there.

They are super nice here. They usually refill my prescriptions after 24hrs so be sure to call ahead for your refills!

I suffer from Alpha-gal, and they communicate wonderful with the doctors and myself. Also, they are very knowledgeable about what i can and can not have, binders and such as well. Only downside it is out of pocket. They do give you the information to file it with your insurance. My go-to for compound medications. Thank you for helping me navigate this allergy/syndrome.
