Custer Creek Dental Care - Dentist McKinney

I am so thankful to have found this place. They open late on Tuesday and Thursday, until 6pm. They also offer Saturday appointments. No rush, no up selling, no pressure tactics. Dr Kim is kind, honest, and knowledgeable. All the dental hygienists that I have met were caring. I think the front desk staff had changed recently. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful, with the most calming vibe. The new staffs are fine, just seem a bit cold.

I have been coming here for 2 years, which makes this even more disappointing. I drove an hour to my appointment just to be told it was never confirmed — even though I showed them the confirmation message I sent. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I should have messaged a different number. No one ever mentioned that before. They said, “Let me send you a test message,” and I stood there waiting… and guess what? I never received it. Please don’t blame customers for your communication issues. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. After 2 years of coming here, I expected much better

I don't like the dentist. In fact it's been awhile since I've visited one. After a previous dentist would touch my teeth without doing a major procedure, I wasn't sure I would ever step foot in a dentist office again. Then I entered Custer Creek. Angie was so great with my taking care of me and my teeth. I left feeling like my mouth was new, all my questions were answered and not afraid to return. Highly recommend them to anyone.

First time visiting this practice and it was a wonderful visit. The entire staff was pleasant. Went in for a routine cleaning and Cathy the hygienist was amazing. She was so gentle and thorough. I am very pleased with my results. I’ve never looked forward to my next appointment at a dental office. I also want to add that they did not try to recommend unnecessary treatments to nickel and dime you. I’ve had those experiences at other practices. I definitely would recommend.

Dr. Kam is an awesome dentist. He makes you feel comfortable and is very gentle. I have a fear when it comes to going to the dentist due to some bad experiences but not with him. His team players that work with him are nice as well. He’s definitely worth going to! Trust me he is one you would want to be your forever dentist. My teeth were horrible before seeing him and the fact that they are looking so much better makes me happy! I’ve had a long journey with him but my wait for my crowns are worth it! Also the receptionist Ariel and Jennifer are awesome as well especially Ariel she beyond makes you feel welcome. Do not hesitate on coming here. Also he will not do anything that is not necessary he will not cheat you out of any money and will do what he can for you especially when he knows y
