Very unprofessional. The state came for valuation and they got fined and tagged on customer service, fire safety and residents rights. The woman in the office have rude behaviors they don’t do enough for there residents and staff members. Understaff , underpay and unappreciated.

The team at The Curtis Home are the best - dedicated, passionate and trusted individuals I have meet. The residents are treated to many therapies that are driven by the creative arts - movement, art, dance, music and love. Receptionists were polite and efficient, They helped with all questions and gave excellent directions. The complex is well kept and inviting. Definitely deserved a positive review!!

This place is a joke. The management is horrible and no matter how much the staff tells management of issues it all gets swept under the rug. The only time anything gets done is if a serious issue happens than management will blame an employee that has brought up the issues prior to the situation. Some of the staff is caring but this company can never keep staff for more than a few months. If I were you I would look to place a loved one somewhere else.

Very unprofessional place. I went to go apply to this place , the lady at the front desk saw me standing waiting for her to wrap up a conversation she was having. She then proceeded to just go on her phone text someone back for 5 minutes then handed me a application. I spoke to someone named Sarah and she was very rude and not helpful at all. Very unprofessional that online on indeed it said you needed a certificate or license to apply as CNA she then proceeded to catch a attitude as I was explaining that to her and while I was still talking asking questions she hung up in my face.

My best advice is stay away from there. I tried to give it a shot even after I watched hotel hell thinking this place is probably nice now and wow was I wrong LOL
