When we were searching for a rehabilitation facility for my mom, we had several options that were willing to accept her. With so many choices, I truly didn’t know which one would be the right fit for her condition. Jovir, the Director of Marketing, contacted me and suggested that I personally visit the facility to see it with my own eyes before making a decision. On a rainy night, I drove there. He walked me through every part of the facility and showed me the residents’ rooms. With his honesty and professionalism, he patiently answered all my questions and helped me feel more at ease. Today is my first time visiting my brother living in the Cupertino Healthcare center. What impressed me the most was the staff there. From the front desk receptionist to nurses in charge, and other nurses taking care my brother. They all are very courteous, with friendly smiles, and very efficient in assisting us there. Also, the facility is clean and “warm”. Thank you Cupertino Healthcare center and its wonderful staffs. Please keep it up.

As my mom’s relative, I’ve been really happy with Cupertino Healthcare & Wellness. The staff are kind and on top of things, the food actually tastes good, and the activities and games keep her busy. Nothing but praise from our family.

The first point of contact was friendly and acknowledged me even though she was on a call. She directed me to sign in on the computer and was able to direct me to the room of my dear friend. My friend had a roommate who smiled as I said hello. I was able to have a question answered quickly and when his physical therapist came in they explained what there goal was and I assisted them with prompting my friend to follow their directions. They both were patient and gentle with the car they were providing to my friend. I will be visiting him frequently and felt welcomed and comfortable in the Rehab center.
