We absolutely love Cumberland Pediatrics! I've been coming here since 2016. As a busy mom with multiple kids, finding a pediatric office that is consistent, caring, and efficient is so important—and this practice has been amazing for our family. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming and kind. The providers are patient, thorough, and truly take the time to listen to every concern without ever making us feel rushed. They are wonderful with my kids and always make them feel comfortable, even when they’re not feeling their best.

Growing up, I was a patient of Dr. Moore, and now I bring my own child to her practice. The entire staff of receptionists, nurses, and physicians are always professional and kind. Scheduling appointments is easy, and I can always reach someone between visits when needed. We have also seen Dr. Prescott and Dr. English, who are both wonderful and consistently take the time to address our concerns as first-time parents. I cannot recommend Cumberland Pediatrics enough.

Cumberland Pediatrics has been my family’s pediatrician for many generations and I myself take my children it has always been a great and understanding experience each and every time The staff are always willing to help and are so nice As a mother this will always be the place for my children to come thank you !

After my child’s primary doctor retired I was referred to this medical office by a friend. The whole experience was outstanding. The staff at the front desk was out this world, with special recognition to Daniela, Sara and Alondra, they made our first time experience unforgettable with great costumer service and plenty of knowledge of the medical field they are involved in. Dr. Moore was everything a parent is looking in a pediatrician: professional, transparent, and fun to be around. Really easygoing experience for those who get a bit nervous about visiting a doctor’s office. I would recommend this place 100% .

I really disappoint with the reception person the name is Sara she is really rude and She hung up on me. I never back to this places is the poor service never received.. If the manager see this please feel free call me.
