Cumberland Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

After waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes for a consult, my husband left. The receptionist claimed it was an unusually busy day, but I watched her tell a patient who had come in 2 hours after us that she’d be seen in 30 mins. It’s obviously common practice there.

There are only 2 oral surgeons in town so I gave this one a shot. And then another. BOTH times I sat for no less than an hour, AFTER they called me same day and pushed my appointment back. Dr. Moose is great but the scheduling here is unrealistic at best, God awful at its worst, but hey, you've got a 50% chance of having a better experience at the other place! Might as well plan for an entire day to get a tooth removed. Patients beware.

I've always been well taken care of here.

I can not possibly say enough good things about Dr. Moose and the staff! Just a great bunch, that truly care and offer the very best for their patients. They went above and beyond to offer me immediate care for an out of control abscess, that kept them after hours finishing up, with several days of closely monitored follow up care, to insure the infection was clearing and that I was properly healing.

This place is the worst dentist I've ever went to wait a month an half to get my appointment showed up 20 mins early was their 45 mins then they come out an say they can't see me cause they need a Referral which was sent over 4 times. Good luck calling cause you'll get answer Service who can't do much of anything. But yet the lady's at the desk on their phones texting showings pics to each other ect. But can't answer phones. You make an appointment for a reason so that it works best for you an your schedule.but yet your Actually running on their time an when it's convenient for them. Probably should get more staff too
