My name is Deb, my Aunt was here for rehab for a few months and I have to say this place was really amazing! The building itself was very clean and neat. The staff was always very friendly and knowledgeable. The meals were always good and the therapy department helped my aunt get back on her feet faster than promised! I’d like to take this time to give a special thanks to a few people that we feel made a big impact on us during her stay, Erin in social services, a nurse named Kaitlyn and Wade the dietary director. Erin was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Kaitlyn wasn’t my aunts everyday nurse but she went out of her way to check in on her anyway. My family had a great experience at this facility during my mother in laws rehab. Rehab team was very helpful with helping her become independent again and the nursing staff was very kind. Social services helped us with a lot of resources in the community to get my mother in law home safely with more follow up after she discharged.

I’ve recently placed my mother here. I will say the staff is friendly, feels like a family member is taking care of her. The rooms are clean and well kept with a stellar hospice suite. The admission process is seamless, headache free and well informed when transitioning from hospital to long term care. Highly recommend

As a whole everyone has been very kind and attentive. What I’m most happy with is how informative everyone has been. From nursing to the dietary manager and therapy, everyone has been amazing. I can’t say enough about Rita the therapy director, she is very deeply caring. Any time I’ve ever asked for something; it was immediately taken care of. I really love everything here.
