Cumberland Animal Hospital

I have never waited over an hour to be seen in my life for a vet, and yet here I am still waiting. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM. I wasn’t taken back to an exam room until 2:10, and it is now 2:40 with a doctor yet to come in. If my dog didn’t need to be seen, I would have left. This is completely unacceptable. I’m sure the excuse will be that it’s a small office or that they are short-staffed, but if that’s the case, appointments should not be scheduled so closely together. People take time off work, arrange childcare, and disrupt their schedules expecting their appointment time to be respected. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I also have photo proof of how long I waited. RIDICULOUS. I ended up leaving. I’ll find a vet that respects time.

My dog got a check up, shot, and nails trimmed. The price was excellent. I can't say enough about how pleased I am overall. This was our first visit.

Everyone has as very friendly and nice

I have been going to Cumberland Animal Hospital for about 3+ years. At first, it was a good experience for basic upkeep and maintenance to my dog but overtime I have felt they have not truly cared about his needs and its a constant guessing game. Considering he is an English bulldog, I kind of have some somewhat of an acceptance of not having immediate results as he’s just a difficult breed. Although spending $300+ each month for 3-4 months for an ear infection was ridiculous. He never got it resolved. I really liked some vet techs so I decided to continue to give it a shot. We just had a feral cat find her way to us and we were getting all of her vaccs as well as her spay appointment settled. We’re always waiting at least 20 min or more past our appointment time despite them only being th
