Cub Pharmacy - Maple Grove

Besides the fact the lines are often really long, I've had nothing but good experiences switching to this pharmacy. And unfortunately, I've needed it alot lately. They are prompt with filling prescriptions and always have meds onsite (unlike a pharmacy I left in recent years). Hours are better than some other pharmacies and they have a drive through. Staff are nice and seem competent. I'm glad to have finally found a pharmacy I dont hate. There are probably like 80 pharmacies closer to me, but I'm willing to drive the 12 minutes to get here and have an overall better expereinece.

I am very pleased with this cub foods pharmacy. They try their best to get your medication filled as quickly as possible. I know that if I want to get my medication quickly, I am able to come here and have that done. The staff behind the counter in the pharmacy is very friendly and kind and they try to help as much as they can, whether that be with suggestions, insurance issues, or if I need some thing quickly.

Your employees are extremely rude and racially profile people. how do you guys call yourself pharmacist if you can’t even give directions on how to take the medication you are giving out to a Customer. That is specifically made for a toddler to take, you guys are the worst pharmacist I ever seen, and I will never go back to Cub foods to get a prescription. Fix your attitudes!!!

Julie (the pharmacist) was extremely rude when I called and asked if I got to the drive-thru right at 7pm (close time) if I could pretty please grab my prescription which was ready to pick up. I explained I had a bad back and a toddler in tow and she said in a VERY RUDE voice “NO!!!” Talk about no bedside manner. I’ll be finding another pharmacy.

We have been going to Cub Pharmacy for a few months now & I have nothing but positive feedback to share. They are always kind & helpful & make sure they answer any/all questions we may have. With the current environment that exists out there with too many of us to help & not enough of them to provide it, I feel they do a 'pretty darn good job!'
