I had a really good experience at Ctrue. The doctor was patient, explained everything clearly, and the staff was so kind and professional. I definitely recommend them if you need an eye exam or new glasses!
Had my first appointment here this week & was greeted by their receptionist Kimberly. She was so patient and really had the best customer service and knowledgeable about my insurance. She was super sweet and made me feel so comfortable!! The staff was so understanding and helpful with picking out my frame. Dr. Chaudary is very nice and answered all my questions. It was a pleasant experience. will go back xx
Clean/comfortable office, prompt appointment and a welcoming reception staff. Doctor was knowledgeable and efficient. Will use them for my annual check-ups and highly recommend.
