We are so grateful to have such an amazing NP for our child. Not only is Crystaline Prothro incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but she also have a truly special way of connecting with my daughter. Recently, my child was struggling with feelings of depression and anxiety, and the compassion and support shown by her made all the difference. She took the time to listen, explain everything in an age-appropriate way, and offered encouragement that helped uplift my child’s spirit. Their calm and kind demeanor brought comfort not just to my child, but to me as a parent too. It’s rare to find a doctor/nurse who is both deeply informative and genuinely caring — we feel lucky to have found that in her.

If you’re looking for a phenomenal Practitioner of Medicine, ask for Chrissy!!!! Guys, we absolutely love this practice because of ONE amazing individual, Chrissy! If you have a newborn, or child of any age take them to see her!!! She is thorough, caring, honest, upbeat, and makes you feel like family. Most importantly she is thorough, and that’s what any parent wants when it comes to their child. She doesn’t rush the visit, she may have 10 others patients but she makes you feel like your kid is the only child on the schedule. We absolutely love her!!!! We appreciate her!!! Had a great first experience taking my son for his physical. Nurse Prothro and the rest of the staff were welcoming and friendly. They took time to get to know my son, answered questions and addressed concerns. I'm very happy to have found this pediatric practice.

yesterday was our first visit. I have two small boys ages 4 and 6. I immediately felt comfortable and that piece when I walked into the door. I was a few minutes late but the staff was completely understanding and helpful. Crysty was as nice as she could be. she made me feel comfortable & safe. definitely recommend!

Ms. Chrissy has been a God send to our family! We were referred to her by a CHOA nurse, who used her for her children. I figured if a pediatrician used them for her children, it must be great! They went above and beyond my expectations though. My old pediatrician was very dismissive and often left me feeling crazy! They were great at prescribing medication and jumping to unnecessary measures… I had been trying for months trying to find my son a new pediatrician. I kept getting the same answers. They either didn’t take our insurance, or were a year out for new patient appointments. I called Omega and they accepted our insurance and had us an appointment within two days!! It really hit me that God was guiding us to better when we walked through the door. The place is filled with bible script
