THIS PLACE ROCKS!!! They are very professional, quick and effective. The nurses are the absolute best. The only negative I had with them was that TWICE, they had no access to a needed CT SCAN, so they directed me to Garnet. Don't believe the negative reviews.

So today I came in to be looked at about my lower back . And I was seen by two nurses so this was around three this afternoon. And I was asked a couple questions about the pain that I have. As they proceed to ask me a couple questions one of the nurses proceeded to tell me all they can’t look at me because of the answer I gave. Which is understandable because it had to do something with workers compensation. ( which I didn’t know ) So I proceeded to tell them that I was confused about that because I wasn’t too sure. As we’re discussing it one of the nurses goes “ well we can’t continue further more because it would be under workers comp”. And she and the other nurse said if “they continue to see me about it, they could lose their job ,their house and their car and they can’t afford to do

I had a very good experience at Crystal Run Healthcare Urgent Care. I went 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday night. I was so sick with a high fever and cough. Everyone had so much patience and kindness towards me. I felt like they truly cared and wanted me to get better. I highly recommend!

Had excellent care when I had to take my elderly mother to be seen. PA Bowe was patient, kind, thorough and we never felt rushed even though there was a waiting room full of people.

I’m black and the nursing assistant whoever she was taking my grandma’s vitals, lacked empathy. She was moving the blood pressure monitor around with her foot like she was bored. How dare you.
