Crozer Health Hospitalists - Delaware County Memorial Hospital

It started with horrible service in the ER.. I was shocked at the bill and how much they charged for simple blood work. They took months to send me an itemized statement even though I kept calling to request it. When I finally got the itemized statement they immediately sent me to collections before the due date on the statement and now nobody can help me figure it out. Stay far away from Crozer!!

SCAMMERS! Avoid anyone involved with CK Health or DCMH! I was charged THOUSANDS of dollars for an inconclusive x-ray almost a year ago, and this hospital is still refusing to send me a real bill. They are blocking the phone numbers of customers who have complaints. If you're sick and you need service, go find the billing department and speak to them face to face. Take off your mask if you need to. These people don't deserve any better.

This Hospital violated my privacy and HIPAA and the government allowed them to get away with it ,I’m glad they shutdown. The community doesn’t need a Hospital in the area if they’re expecting care instead of a negative experience.

Dr. Cheng from ob/gyn is the worst ever. I had to wait for 1,5 hour for my appointment plus I have a 1year old kid who was waiting for me more than 2 hours. So disappointed.
