Great experience and staff! After trying several other dentists who said I had cavities when I did not or tried to push add ons that were not needed, this was a breath of fresh air. Clean and respectful of my resources and time.

I recently received a consultation from Dr James Chun and was very pleased with the experience. My son also had an emergency few years ago and he attended to his needs. Thank you for your service DR here in Downtown Crown neighborhood and I highly recommend this place🙏🏼

Paid for a crown in advance but ended up not having it done here. Opted to go to another dentist with better time management. Been requesting to have my money refunded and have only been given the run around including by the dentist, James Chun. He promised to refund 2 months ago and am still waiting. Will not recommend this place.

I was here for the first time to have my dental cleaning and let me tell you, the most thorough cleaning ever. It made me question what other dentist even do when then “clean” your teeth. Definitely coming back!

Scheduled a teeth cleaning weeks in advance. Showed up, and waited around for a hygienist who was late. Then was informed if I can't provide my previous XRay, they would refuse to clean your teeth without forcing an additional almost $200 xray. Should've told me on the phone before the appointment so I wouldn't have wasted half of a work day on this useless appt. Could've easily had the documents available if i was given prior instruction. Lady at front desk was rude and unfriendly with fixed scowl. Not coming back and not recommending anyone else (3 prior recommendations here that did over 5 figures in business). This place sucks!
