Crossroads Pharmacy

What do I say. My Crossroads experience. Is always great. I forget about the big chain pharmacy. I suggest you go somewhere that cares and doesn’t know you by “what insurance do you have”!!!!!!! They always pay attention and do what they can to help you. I will recommend them to any & everyone.

This is one of the best pharmacies I've been to in a long time. Convenient, close to home, offers free delivery and the best part is, the pharmacist and the staff know me by name if I walk in or call. The only negative thing I have to say is, they need to update their business hours on Google so their patrons are aware of their current hours.

I hate the Colombian lady that works behind the register. Had a problem with the front desk at my clinic that always screws up my schedule for refills and practically had to beg her to talk to my doctor on the phone to get my script(since it's linked to the hospital or something). It's a pretty bad place, or only go there out of sheer convenience but if you can go to a better place, that's what I'd recommend

Doctor called in script. Got to Crossroads where they told me it is store policy to have a physical script. My doctor and his nurse jumped through hoops to fax them the rx before they closed. Got there 10 mins before close. Asked if they got everything and they said yes. Waited for 20 mins when the 5th nasty person told me they didn't have the medication. WTF The WORST pharmacy experience in all my 57 years. 2 other patrons in there with me had issues also. Go there just to see what goes wrong. A nightmare.

It was on the web that its open on Saturdays but reaching thier it was closed, That happened to me twice. Also no one will ever pick phone....and when a pharmacy doesn't pick calls...it tells a lot
