Crossroads Family Dentistry

Sad to say I’ll be moving my business elsewhere after being a patient for 6 years. The decline in customer service is the reason I’m leaving. I had an appointment I had to reschedule due to a family emergency. When I went to the rescheduled appointment they changed me $75 for moving the appointment, which I paid despite not being told on the phone the day I called to move the appointment. I inquired about having to pay that and the receptionist said they would inquire and call me. Guess what? Absolutely not a single word from them for months! So when it came to my next cleaning I called and canceled the appointment and told the lady on the phone that this time I didn’t want to reschedule and that due to me still wanting on that “call” I’ll be looking at moving my business elsewhere. We just left this office, on Saturday, and I can't say enough good things about them. My husband was having a bad toothache and I happened to see they were open. They saw him on short notice and saw Dr. Dais. He got my husband fixed up quickly. The staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been to several dentist offices in the area and I have to say this office is the BEST! Everyone from the receptionist, assistant, hygienist and dentist were all super friendly! I was called back within 5 mins after completing my new patient paperwork and was worked on immediately. I love how they are efficient but also very thorough. Nicole was my hygienist and was very gentle; she made my cleaning experience enjoyable. Dr. Dais was very nice! Glad to finally have found my dentist!

Wonderful office staff and techs and BEST dentist hands down. They really care about you and it shows in how you are treated.

Everyone from the receptionists to Dr. Dais are so friendly here. They have provided me with exceptional dentistry. I like the fact that they have gas if you need it too. They work with your insurance company and provide you with a plan for all your needed work. I live on the north side of OKC and drive all the way to the south side because they were recommended to me. I had my teeth cleaned and x-rays done and I was very impressed. I'm now having a bridge built and have had a few other minor things done and I could not be happier. They are also open on Saturday which makes it so convenient for my work schedule. That is so rare and I love it. Try them!
