Been a patient here for over a year. Sheena is the best, super attentive and knowledgeable. Lucy and Erica are great too! My condition is stubborn and persistent, but i've had the best results with treatment here. By far the best dermatologists in the area here. They are in network with united health care, and my out of pocket costs are unbelievably low.

I have been a patient for about a year and really enjoyed working with the office here. Unfortunately they have added an AI assistant to answer the phones. Not only is this very disappointing personally, but I have serious concerns about the security of the new system. Hopefully no one last their job to a robot.

Dr. Bair and staff are always professional and kind. They keep their schedule (No excessive waiting). They all listen to my concerns and address them. I know what to expect when I go there - a good visit with the dermatologist.

Dr. Bair is great! She’s friendly, thorough and isn’t rushed, which is a common problem with many physician’s offices. The staff is also wonderful. I can’t say enough about this practice. If you’re looking for a dermatologist, you owe it to yourself to check out Crossroads Dermatology.
