I'd highly recommend Crossings Dental Care. I'm a new patient due to insurance changes & am so glad Dr. Legaspi's practice accepts my insurance. At my 1st visit at the end of last year for a cleaning, I felt relaxed, heard & welcomed. The front desk personnel I've interacted with (Bri & Chelsea) were so professional & kind. Dr. Legaspi is so friendly, professional & a very skilled dentist. Her "chair side" manner is excellent & she explained clearly in layman's terms what my treatment plan entailed. My 2nd visit necessitated a numbing injection & she deftly did so without causing me any pain. On my last 2 visits, I was also treated by Kareena (sp?) who is very professional, skilled & friendly. When I called to schedule my first appointment, I was asked if anything was bothering me and when I said that I had a molar that I thought needed to come out, I was asked if I could come in the next morning at 9 a.m. Talk about listening to my concern! When I arrived the next morning, my good luck with this office continued with me being evaluated by Dr. Pallavi Sharma. She looked at the teeth I was concerned about, we discussed the history of my issues with these teeth, she said they would take x-rays, she would go over my options, they would discuss the finances, and together we could come up with a plan to take care of the problem. First time there! Everyone was welcoming and professional. I am going to have them be my primary dentist! I’m recommending them to my daughter too!

Was there for a routine cleaning. I waited 40 minutes for my set appointment. None of the staff apologized for keeping me waiting. The tech was not very personable. When the doctor showed up it turned more interesting. The tech helping the dr left and I was to hold the water vacuum in my mouth. Never had any other dentist ask me to do this. The doctor told I was not doing it right. Well, I did not know this was to be a patient participation dental session. I have a cracked tooth that needs attention at the rear of my mouth. I know that it needs attention. However, I do not have $1,400 right now. While I made that clear, the dr kept badgering me that I had to have that done immediately. My appointment today was very lengthy as I will be replacing 2 crowns. Although the experience was not pleasant, the staff made me as comfortable as possible and treated me with care and expertise.
