Appointment process was easy, I was able to get in right away, wait time was not bad either. Dr. Cronin is wonderful and has a great bedside manner. She patiently answered all of my silly questions (I had been googling a lot of course,) I didn’t feel as if she was rushing through the appointment at all. She’s kind, funny and knowledgeable but most importantly is very skilled with a scalpel! She recommended removing a spot from my cheek for biopsy. I was extremely hesitant because I’m admittedly quite vain and I also had an event coming up within two weeks that required my face to look normal. She assured me I would be healed in time. I have been a patient with Cronin Skin Cancer Center for many years, I've had three generations providing my skin care, I have always seen a Doctor, not just a PA I have had more than my share of skin cancer but I am reassured knowing that I will get the best medical care/attention possible.

My husband and I had to find a new dermatologist because our doctor retired. We decided on Dr Megan Cronin. We both needed full body exam for skin cancer. Our medical records were sent to her office from our previous doctor. I suppose the exam was OK but after getting home I realized I forgot to mention I needed a prescription for fever blisters. Since she just saw me and had my records I thought she could see I have a history of fever blisters and could call in the prescription to my pharmacy. Instead I was told I would need to come back and see the doctor. So I went back to see Dr Cronin to get my prescription. For this I was billed a 2nd time for an office visit. I thought this to be very unprofessional and negligent on her part. Needless to say my husband and I are not going back.

I go to Cronin Skin Cancer Center every time I am in Florida. Frequently they have found potentially cancerous areas overlooked or thought not serious by my local dermatologist at home. My care at Cronin Skin Cancer Center has been outstanding!

I will never use this doctor and do not recommend. My first trip there they cut a much bigger hole than needed for a simple test. It got infected and has left a bigger scar than necessary. I stupidly went back and now I was discriminated against and refused to be seen because this office chooses not to follow CDC guidelines.
