Crittenden's Drug, Inc.

Yesterday we stopped in Crewe VA to make a payment at a local bank. While waiting for the bank to reopen, I stopped by Crittenden’s to see what it offers. It’s great to see a thriving local family business. The staff was very friendly, and a variety of merchandise is available at this store. There are several items that I saw in this store that I haven’t seen elsewhere. It’s worth the trip to explore what Crittenden’s offers!

I have gotten my prescriptions from Crittenden’s for several years now. There customer service has been good but lately they got a different cashier Heather S , not customer friendly and even rude, Today when I picked up my pain medication I was short 5 pills. I called and they said they double counted and there were 90 pills. I counted and recounted 4 times and there was only 85. So someone took the 5 pills from the bottle between when it was filled and stapled into the bag. They would not do anything. So if you get your meds here you BETTER COUNT THEM BEFORE YOU TAKE THEM FROM THE COUNTER.

Great place to get prescriptions filled. Friendly service. Very helpful in resolving issues that may arise with medication .

Friendly staff, great service. Call ahead to confirm your Rx is ready and there shouldn't be a problem. Thank you guys for always taking care of my husband and I!

Cheaper than my big box store pharmacy for my prescription. Good service.
