Dr Marston called and checked in with my mom when my dad was in the emergency room if he hadn't just happened to call to check on him and speak with emergency room doctor we were about to be brushed off and sent home. He truly cares and the call to my mom was after 7 pm . I know wait times need fixing but you can't buy caring. So thankful.

The doctors are good, but their time management is horrible! You will wait a minimum 5 hours(if you’re lucky). Those wait times are with an appointment and with them not accepting walk-ins. Most of the 5-star reviews are from patients with long term relationships with the doctors(10-20 year relationships). The younger population doesn’t have the patience for this kind of time mismanagement. With the scheduling technologies available, these wait times are unacceptable. Sure, you are treated as a person and not a number. That being said, if this is the business model then put in the proper time allotment per patient and not stack the schedule so that everyone waits hours on end. Our time is important too.

Yes, wait times can be long; but making an appointment when possible cuts down on the wait. The reason for the wait is because each patient is treated with patience, care, dignity and concern. You aren't just a "case", They address you as a person with feelings and a whole well-being to be attended to. I've been a patient for over 20 years; and I don't know if I would still be alive without them!

I called today to speak to someone at the front desk to schedule an appointment for a covid test at 10:49 am. I was told that they will leave a message with the nurse. After 1pm still no response and was told the same thing again and after 3 pm l was told they close at 5pm and the nurse sometimes call after that. Okay it's after 6 pm and still nothing. Back story l told the lady this morning that l needed the covid test done for a requirement at work before l am able to return to work. I have wasted all day waiting for the medical center to call and l could've went somewhere else hours ago. This will be my last time coming to this unorganized place again.

Went in this morning March 19, because my blood pressure has been high for over a month now. Was seen at BetterMed next to my work and they said I needed to see my PCP. Dr. Marston is my family's PCP even though I haven't been there in a few years. I was told since it had been so long since I was last there, I would have to make an appointment to be seen as a new patient and first available appointment was May 6. I explained to the receptionist that my blood pressure has been high 167/102 last night, and I was concerned. She told me they have a policy and have to follow it. I asked what I should do about my blood pressure in the meantime and was told to go to BetterMed. I explained to her that BetterMed told me to see my PCP and she shrugged her shoulders and said May 6 is the first
