Creswell Post Acute

I have waited for 4 months to post a message about my Mom that lived at Creswell Post Acute from age 95 to 99. She passed in July 2005. From the bottom of my heart I thank all the amazing, kind, caring staff there. I live 4 blocks away and was there every day or every other day. The staff became our second family! They took such good care ofy Mom and all the residents. I was there so much I miss them terribly just like I miss my mom. All the staff I don't want to leave anyone out they were excellent. My Mom was so happy there and my family and I were too. For everything you did I will be ever so grateful. ❤️🌹

To put it short, the building puts on a very good face to what actually happens inside. Breaks my heart to have to do this but I’ve watched it go down for long enough. Staff gives cold shoulder, management degrades and picks their favorites, and their staff doesn’t fulfill the TRUE role of their licensing and morals. 0 person centered care, 0 completion to improve thrives and quality of lives, and absolutely contributes to the stigma and rumors of skilled nursing. Please consider your alternatives and ALWAYS do your research before you place your loved ones ANYWHERE. I hope this building improves the quality it serves and comes to a point where they eventually DO hold the service and façade they put on to everything. Thank you to the entire staff at creswell post acute. I am in a reconstruction state due to sepsis and the entire staff has been responsive, extremely professional, warm, caring, and with a complete individualized support system for each patient. I have quite a journey ahead of me, and knowing that this facility is available, is a Godsend.

My mom was a resident in the facility before she passed away and received quality compassionate care. As someone who has worked in health care most of my life, I am incredibly critical of the care provided and the treatment by staff. She was happy there, the direct care floor staff and her really connected and it made her last days wonderful! In the short time she was there, they made an impact on her quality of life and welcomed our family to the facility to spend ad much time with her as we could. I would recommend Creswell Post Acute for anyone needing skilled or end of life care. The staff are amazing, they care greatly and treat your family like their family! In my personal and professional experience - what they offer is far above other places!!

The therapy department at Creswell post acute is beyond amazing, they have really helped me with my recovery process. I am a stroke patient that went from non walking/talking to walking and talking. The staff is amazing as well and have become like family to me. I am an introvert and the activity department has brought me out of my shell, she puts us in the community often and I enjoy my interactions with all the other residents. This facility has done tremendous things to meet my care needs I am forever grateful.
