Creswell Pharmacy

While it hasn't been a seamless transition, the employees have always tried to help when they can. Multiple people have gone out of their way to ensure my family's meds are accurate and on time. Very resourceful and helpful, even through a really tough time. Way to stay positive, folks!

I live in Eugene, but drive to Creswell for my prescriptions. They have excellent customer service skills, and I dont mind the drive to be given great care. A big shout-out to Victoria, she is absolutely fantastic!!

Creswell Pharmacy (formerly Creswell Health Mart) continues to improve since the merger (after the closing of Emerald Valley RX Pharmacy in Creswell at the end of May (2025). The merger meant they suddenly had many more people coming in and they became the only pharmacy in Creswell. The staff is helpful and I've interacted the most so far with Lupita and Victoria, who are both friendly and kind!

We miss Emerald Valley Rx so much! We gave them months to work out the kinks, but gave up and switched because prescriptions would take increasingly long times to be filled, even if they were submitted to the pharmacy days before, even if we called in advance to make sure they were ready. They apparently wait for you to show up to fill them, despite the text messages or phone calls where we are told they are ready. At first it was 15min, and then 20min, and then 45min to an hour, and delivered rudely to customers who are being nothing but patient. With a fussy toddler during the rainy season after dark, the unpredictability just is too much when their competitors will have prescriptions filled in a reasonable time, or will tell you what to expect so you can plan accordingly. Creswell Health Mart Pharmacy is really great! Recently, I accidentally ran out of an essential medication. The pharmacist helped me to attain an urgent prescription so that my health was not compromised. We are very grateful to have such an excellent and caring pharmacy in our community!
