Crestwood Medical Center - Emergency Room

I truly don't have the words to describe how WONDERFUL I was taken care of Sunday morning 1/18/26. It was hard enough deciding to go to the hospital that morning my anxiety was through the roof. My pain demanded that I go. I arrived at 7:50 am my husband and I walked into a clean warm quiet lobby and a sweet smiling woman behind the glass. I knew i made the right decision. I won't go into every detail I experienced, However EVERYONE I interacted with made me feel so comfortable safe and cared for. I wish this merge with HH wasn't happening because Crestwood may lose some GREAT EMPLOYEES!!!

I arrived at Crestwood very sick. It was approximately 9:00 a.m. I was quickly surrounded by a variety of Emergency Room personnel. Each person immediately went to work "doing their thing" and all with words of reassurance and encouragement. Was very impressed with the professionism/ skills of personnel who were working on me. It was apparent I would be admitted and at every step of my way, I continued to be met with caring professionals. All seemed to know exactly what they were to do. I highly recommend the Emergency room at Crestwood Hospital!!

I didn’t wait long at all, which was very good but it was midnight 12:30 AM. I was put into a room left there. X-ray lady comes in then the lady came in to do a sonogram on my legs and then 1520 minutes later a nurse came in, which was very wonderful. Ashley was amazing, but I never gave me nothing for Payne❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻 until I was getting ready to leave, and I had broke my foot in my toes put me in the cast and sent me on my Way.

The wait to triage & to a room was less than 10 minutes. However, I was in the ER for around seven hours. Seven. Every single step took hours. Not sure why because there were very few patients in rooms. I knew I made a mistake coming when the patient next to be was yelling about it taking 3 hours just to get blood work results and she’d been there for 5 hours at that point. But, I was in so much pain I stayed for answers. I had a lumbar puncture two days before. My paperwork and everything I also researched said that if I experienced pain in my legs that worsened to seek ER care to make sure there wasn’t something serious. This nurse practitioner, Joni Snow, treated me like I was an unnecessary bother to her day. And when the results from the MRI came back that I had a cyst near my spine

I wanted to say thank you to everyone who treated my friend early this morning! I brought him in for chest pains around 2 am on 02-04-2026 and everyone we encountered was smiling and reassuring, that’s exactly what you need to see at that hour. He was in a lot of pain and a little freaked out but everyone put him at ease, and they were able to handle his sarcasm and sense of humor and give it right back to him🤣 I’m especially grateful for our nurse, Crystal I think(I’m sorry if that’s wrong I was very sleepy), she really went above and beyond and explained things in a way he needed to hear, but everyone from registration, triage, ekg, lab, billing, xray, etc., was wonderful. We were in and out within 3 or so hours too, impressive. Yall have a good team and really showed you cared last nigh
