This is not about Dr.Hartman but his specialist who does dental implants. Recently had procedure but Dr. Eduardo (?) gave no instructions about follow up and pain Iwould experience! Nada. Carlos (assistant) was more interested in my boots and his story. He did inquire about my pharmacy as where to send meds. Ifelt on my own and did take Tylenol for pain. If you need implants I don't recommend Crestline Dental.

If you have obscenely high expectations like I do, then you are going to want to choose crestline dental group as your dentist. After managing multiple dental offices and being in the industry for several years, I can tell you Dr. Hartman is the bee's knees. He's the only dentist I trust, and I know A LOT of dentists and specialists. His bedside manner is excellent and his confidence exudes in a way that makes you feel comfortable as a patient. You can tell he truly cares about the outcome and provides the best options for the patient! He isn't out to get you or try to upsell you. I'd also like to comment on the quality of the cleaning I received from their hygienist named Risa. Excellent. Do not come here!!! Honestly so upset I wasted my time and taking off work to come here and get a cleaning. The dentist here, Louis Guillory, scraped my teeth for literally 30 seconds and then said “feel clean?” And that was the cleaning. Then the assistant came and flossed my teeth and did the fluoride and that was it!!!! So rude and unethical knowing people can only charge their insurance one cleaning ever 6 months or even one year. Now I have to wait to get an actual cleaning and I really really needed it. So upset. Do not come here they don’t care about you or your health.

I genuinely love this dental office and I say that as someone who has had a good bit of work done and gets anxious at the dentist. I always feel comfortable and take care of. Dr. Hartman is super cool and Tina is fun to chat with and very professional. I will definitely go to this office for the foreseeable future because everyone is so kind to work with. This place comes across as a scam. First visit, they force me to pay 600$ for some bogus cleaning. I say I can’t do it, they knock down the price slightly lower. I feel forced into it, but unfortunately every single visit after, they continue to charge me extra, when a yearly cleaning should be covered by insurance. The same day I went, my husband went and managed to refuse the bogus 600$ service and they refused to clean his teeth. Do not go here unless you want to give away your money.
