Crest Nursing Home

I have a loved one at the Crest. The staff is very caring and kind. I feel very confident in the nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, etc.

My brother is staying at the crest after a severe motorcycle accident leaving him missing a leg some finger tips and half of his foot along with a traumatic brain injury and a bad attitude long story short he is doing pretty good thanks to these guys they are good to him really seem to care!!

My friend was locked down here for 2 weeks of her 20 day stay allowed by insurance. No PT was done, no showers were allowed, and NO pain management was given for her injuries. Her Advil was taken away, as well as her prescription pain patches. She was not allowed visitors, or the freedom to walk around and try to regain her strength. No fresh air . This is NOT a rehab facility, this is a warehouse for the elderly. Do not send patients here for physical therapy or recovery. They are understaffed and uncaring. The call time can be hours to get a nurse to show up, and they are seldom helpful. The staff is overworked, and the doctor is borderline incompetent, only attempting to pad the insurance bill with unnecessary tests and extra procedures. I had total hip replacement and did my rehab at the Crest. The facility is I inderstand the oldest in Butte and very Retro, I like Retro. The rooms could use more color the beige is institutional and hard to stare at, just a suggestion. The staff, from Housekeeping to Social Services, are exceptional, the CNA's and Nurses are professional, friendly, and always there to help in any way they can. I give my OT and PT A+++. Big Thank You to the Crest Crew. I had options on where I would do my rehab I'm glad I chose the Crest.
