Baumgartner Anthony L OD

Dr. Baumgartner is amazing and his office takes most insurances. We have been going there for years. The doctor himself is worth 5 stars, but a member of his staff leaves a lot to be desired. She makes it hard to want to go back.

Dr. Baumgartner is a wonderful eye doctor. kind, professional, and truly great with patients. Unfortunately, the office staff has been consistently rude during my visits and phone calls, which has made the overall experience frustrating. My low rating is not a reflection of Dr. Baumgartner himself, but rather the interactions I’ve had with his staff. I hope this feedback helps improve the front-office experience, because he’s an excellent doctor who deserves a better first impression for his patients.

Dr. Baumgartner provides excellent and comprehensive eye care. He is very caring and welcoming.

Entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Baumgartner was amazing! Very professional and understanding of my issue going on. Only place I will go for all eye issues and exams. Can not recommend them enough!!

Loved the entire staff. Felt really comfortable when I was getting my exam. Dr. explained everything to me. I’m way over-do will call Monday for myself and my son also to get Our eyes tested and new glasses. I’m sure I will need cataract surgery in both eyes first.
