BestMed Urgent Care - Butte

Never went in there before. I have been sick for over a week and decided I needed to seek a doctor as soon as possible and the secretary there was very sweet. Help me set myself up with them and not even 2 minutes after getting myself checked in. I was called back and the nurse was also very sweet. She made sure to listen to what I had to say and the doctor came in and did her thing and I was sent home with some antibiotics which was very much needed and I can't thank them enough for getting me in that fast and taking care of me as quickly as they did. I would recommend them to anybody that doesn't want to wait to see their primary doctor or who seeks treatment asap.

Staff were caring and professional. They were knowledgeable and and I felt like they truly listened to my concerns. Excellent group of people. EDIT: Office was very clean. The PA & Med Assistant were extremely competent. Reception set the tone: friendly, professional and patient. They should all be commended for a great job.

Best care imaginable. I was treated with respect and great thoroughness. I was passing through town and had to make an unexpected stop for treatment. I felt miserable but left with a solid diagnosis and memories of kindness and humor. Thank you! ❤️

My son and I went in, and I let them know that both of us weren’t feeling good. One of the lady’s in the back looked and us, rolled her eyes and walked away. I couldn’t believe it. I mentioned to the front desk gal what had happened, and she tried to get us to stay. And she apologized for the lady’s behavior. We walked out. Never have I seen someone act like that in healthcare. Crazy to think someone like that gets to “help” people every day. I wish I would’ve gotten her name.

All employees were very helpful and professional from the front desk to the Doctor/Provider. Service was very quick I didn’t have to wait all day to be seen. Definitely will be going back if needed!
