Crescent City Physicians - Lakeview

Very good dr but oddly never any followup on things, lab tests, next step in treatment, etc. Must call in and speak with rude office staff. No follow up appointments are made. I guess it's because it's part of a large corporate organization. A big difference from my prior private dr before moving.

The doctor and nurses are great, but dealing with the front office staff is next to impossible. I never receive calls with test results, phone calls are curt and unprofessional, and visits to receive results inevitably end with it being "someone else's" responsibility and "someone else" isn't here today. An administrative CF.

Terrible service in getting lab results. Staff has no sense of urgency or an understanding that it is their job to help the patient. I am a new patient and am considering not returning.

Next time I’ll just go to my doctor. Worst experience ever. Don’t waste your time guys.
