Creekside Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia

Upper management is terrible. I can tell ratios for CNAs are to high. Call lights, especially during the day, can go unanswered for ages. The night CNAs are wonderful though and most of the staff seems friendly and caring albeit overworked. Upper management gets 1 star. Ever since new management took over a few years back, it's gone drastically down hill.

I was so scared of this place, but am beyond happy we took a chance and chosen this facility for my mom to recover in. The staff always went above and beyond to make my mom comfortable and respected. They were kind, gentle, and patient. We were sad that she had to be there on Thanksgiving, but they set up a private room for us to eat and celebrate Thanksgiving in. They modified their program excellently to fit the very complicated needs of my mom’s health. Most importantly mom was very happy there. She usually hates places like that. They staff were amazing they helped her heal and get strong enough to go home faster than anyone ever could have guessed. If you are thinking of this place, do it, they are an excellent facility with the must kind and caring staff ever.

Do not send your loved ones here, even though they will say that since new management, they have improved from the numerous violations and neglect violations of dated from 2010 to 2022, but that is not the case. There’s still an underlying ongoing issue with the way. This facility is ran. If you look they have violations for 2025 like I said do not send you a loved ones here. We are working on getting our loved one out.

I've had two older friends stay at Creekside for rehab; both of them received top-notch care. The staff are cheerful and helpful, and many of them go "above and beyond" in order to do their best for their patients. I'm very thankful we have this facility in our community!

My mom stayed at Creekside Health and Rehabilitation for two weeks after she broke her hip. The staff at Creekside are absolutely some of the most professional and compassionate individuals that exist. The standard of care at this facility is exceptional. The open communication between family, the care team, and my mom was outstanding. My mom healed and was back on her feet in record time. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing rehab after a surgery.
