Creekside Dental has been the best dental experience I’ve had in over 20 years! Thank you to Dr. Larson, Kim, and the entire front desk team for making my visit so positive. I initially chose Creekside because of the convenient location, and I’m so glad I did. They were able to schedule me the next day for a new patient exam and also fix a three month old failed filling from my previous dentist. Kim was absolutely fantastic during the exam. She took the time to walk me through my X-rays and scans, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. It may seem strange to leave a review for your dentist, but I’ve been going here for well over 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. The front desk staff have always been super friendly. The hygienist have been very knowledgeable and well getting your teeth cleaned, isn’t always a lot of fun, they do their best to give you various options for comfort. I had a wonderful experience at Creekside Dental. Dr. Bennett was professional, sweet and caring. I had Barb as my Hygienist and she did amazing with making me feel at ease and comfortable. She did amazing wonderful job with my cleaning. I highly recommend coming to Creekside Dental for their quality service and friendly staff.

Creekside had been my family’s dentist for close to 20 years with no issues on our part with insurance coverage, a very favorable payment history and reliable appointment keeping. Recently, however, they tried to bill for something not covered by insurance by applying a billing code for a service they only partly provided. At the time this service was requested, they did not disclose that it would be out of pocket and how much it would be, something they had always done in the past. It surprisingly showed up on a billing statement months after the service was performed. When brought it to their attention, they wanted to argued that the billing code was appropriate even though the service provided did not meet the code’s definition according to the ADA.
